  2. How to make Don Collins (THE rum drink)

Pour three shots of 3 star Don Collins rum into a Collins Glass half filled with ice. Crush 3 mint leaves and brush in. Add 1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice. Barely cover ice with Tonic Water. Shake like hell - don't be afraid to break the ice cubes. Top off the Collins Glass with Tonic water, garnish with cherry, lime, apple or lemon wedge.

Throw away the car keys and see you in 2020 :)
